Capitol Office Solutions Scholarship varies The Capitol Office Solutions scholarship is available to any full-time sophomore, junior, or senior majoring in Business or Economics with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Charlotte W. Newcombe Endowed Scholarship for Mature Women & Men $250* This scholarship is open to undergraduate women and men ages 25 and over. Student must be taking courses leading to the first bachelor's degree. A portion of each year's awards may be made to students enrolled in the second bachelor's degree programs or in post-bachelor's certificate programs if it is clear that the degree or certificate is necessary to enable the candidate to gain employment or to maintain or improve his/her employment situation.
